These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cycle Streak mobile application (the “App”) and related services operated in connection with https://cyclestreak.com.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About Cycle Streak

Cycle Streak provides tools for the cycling community, including browsing events, registering for rides, shopping for merchandise, tracking personal GPS rides, viewing ride statistics, and receiving notifications.

2. Eligibility

• You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law.
• If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with parent/guardian consent and supervision.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with local laws and traffic regulations.

3. Your account and information

• You agree to provide accurate information for your profile, event registrations, and shop orders.
• You are responsible for activity on your device related to the App, including submissions made through your phone.
• Some data (such as personal ride history) may be stored locally on your device. Clearing App data or uninstalling the App may permanently delete local ride history.

4. Community rides and safety

Cycle Streak helps you discover and join community cycling activities. Participation in any ride, event, or outdoor activity is at your own risk.

• Always follow local traffic laws, road rules, and event organizer instructions.
• Wear appropriate safety gear (including a helmet where required or recommended).
• Check your bicycle, weather, route, and personal fitness before riding.
• The App is not a substitute for caution, judgment, or professional medical advice.
• Organizers may cancel, postpone, or change events. We are not liable for changes outside our reasonable control.

5. GPS ride tracking

• Personal ride tracking requires device location permission and enabled location services.
• GPS accuracy depends on your device, signal, environment, and operating system. Distance, speed, calories, and maps may not be exact.
• Background tracking (when available) is provided to support continuous recording while a ride is active. You can stop tracking by ending the ride or disabling permissions.
• Do not interact with the phone in a way that distracts you while riding.

6. Events and registration

• Event details (time, place, fee, capacity, difficulty) are provided as published on our systems and may change.
• Registration may require personal details and, where applicable, payment proof upload.
• Acceptance of registration, seat confirmation, waitlists, refunds, and fee policies are governed by the specific event rules communicated by Cycle Streak / organizers.
• Submitting false information or fraudulent payment proof may result in cancellation of registration and restriction from future events.

7. Shop, orders, and payments

• Product availability, pricing, and delivery details are as shown in the App / website at the time of order and may change.
• Orders are subject to confirmation and fulfillment by Cycle Streak or its partners.
• Payment methods, bank transfer instructions, and refund rules (if any) will be communicated during checkout or by support.
• We are not responsible for payment errors caused by incorrect details entered by you.

8. Notifications

If you allow notifications, we may send service messages about events, registrations, orders, and community updates. You can disable notifications in device settings; some important service communications may still be available in-app or by email/phone when you provided contact details.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt our services
• Upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content
• Harass other riders or organizers
• Use the App for any illegal activity
• Reverse engineer or copy the App except as allowed by law
• Scrape or abuse our APIs in a way that harms service quality

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

10. Intellectual property

The App, branding, logos, text, graphics, and related content are owned by Cycle Streak or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Community photos and media may be subject to separate rights. Do not reuse content without permission.

11. Third-party services

The App may rely on third-party services (maps, hosting, push delivery, payment channels). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their outages, accuracy, or policies, except as required by law.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The App and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that GPS tracking, maps, event information, or notifications will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cycle Streak and its organizers, officers, partners, and providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App or participation in rides/events.

In particular, we are not liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, or losses arising from cycling activities, road conditions, third-party conduct, or your failure to follow traffic laws and safety practices.

Our total liability for claims relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid to us (if any) for the specific paid feature or order giving rise to the claim in the 3 months before the claim, or PKR 5,000, whichever is greater, to the extent such limitation is allowed by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cycle Streak and its organizers from claims arising out of your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or unsafe/unlawful conduct during rides or events, except where prohibited by law.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when Terms are revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.

17. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue features or access where reasonably necessary for operations, security, or legal compliance.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Lahore, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
